"I dislike going to the dentist. I am very nervous when I go to the dentist especially when I need more than a cleaning. Dr Woo is empathetic and sympathetic to my fears.

He explains the process and procedure well and before he begins. He always inquire about how i am doing during the procedure. He try to accommodate my needs in order to make me comfortable. I like to use an additional suction whenever he is performing work in my mouth, and he is always receptive and accepting of my request.

This recent visit was the beginning of a root canal......I didnt feel any discomfort or fears. I must add that the practice was very accommodating to scheduling a short notice appt as I was in pain."
